Notes: Abrasive grits are given to your orientation. In fact, the same grit size has a different and softer abrasive action with this backing of non woven fibres than the action obtained in a conventional coated abrasive with paper or cloth backing. We offer several products and colours under each name.

  TEX-PAR is presented here in radial sheets form (flap-wheel) on an inner core. Number of flaps determines the desity of the wheel required for each customer application. HD (heavy duty) is the standark. Wheel are profilable.

· IN FLAP WHEEL FORM TYPE I (RAL-I)
  TEX-PAR flap-wheels here present a compact aspect. Special resine coat cements abrasive flaps enabling a higher performance and when needed, profile is easier to hold.

Available in dimensions as RAL wheels.
· IN COMPACT ABRASIVE WHEELS (RAC)
 
Se fabrican enrollando el TEX-PAR manufacture in roll on form. A new resin coat involves this presentation.

Depending on different compression when rolling on, the structure is more open (C2 y C4) or closer and harder (C6, C7, C8) or like news ones C14, C16, C20.

NB Just this presentation requires a definite rotating sense, indicated by one arrow.
Availability: like RAL wheels.
Speed: Each wheel shows it on a label with ma. speed. In general terms, TEX-PAR should run at 13 mts per minute (smpm).

Similar products to compact abrasive wheels, having a poliurethanic backing instead of a non woven fibre.

This product is elastic, very hard and easy profilable.

External diameter 250 and 200 mm.
